If you still need to upload your virtual presentation, please follow the steps below to use the official conference template and upload your final document to our website.

Step 2: Prepare Your Document

  • Open the Template

  • Input Your Content:

    • Replace the placeholder text in the template with your own content. Ensure that you adhere to the formatting guidelines provided in the template.

    • Double-check that all sections (e.g., title, abstract, keywords, body text, references) are correctly formatted according to the template's instructions.

  • Review and Proofread:

    • Carefully review your document for any errors or formatting issues. Make sure that your paper meets all the requirements specified by the conference.

Step 4: Upload Your Document

  • Upload Your File:

    • Click the “Upload” button and select your final document (in the required format, e.g., PDF) from your computer.

    • Ensure that the file name follows the naming convention specified by the conference (e.g., LastName_FirstName_PaperID.pdf).

    • Once your document is shown below the "Upload" button, click "Submit."

    • Save the template to your computer in a location that is easy to access.

Step 3: Convert to PDF

  • Convert the Document:

    • Convert your document using the “Save As” or “Export” function in your software.
      Ensure that the formatting is preserved in the PDF version.

  • Check the PDF:

    • Open the PDF file and review it to ensure that all content appears correctly and is well-formatted.
